Removing Win32:Adware-gen[Adw]

I’ve been trying to remove Win32:Adware-gen[Adw]virus/trogan from my computer & nothing I’ve done has helped. Here’s my part of my Avast log below. Can anyone please help me with this?

C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\DoctorWeb\Quarantine is the DrWeb quarantine folder.

If you have uninstalled DrWeb, you can simply delete that folder.

(If you haven’t uninstalled DrWeb, you shouldn’t really be running a second anti-virus program.)

Thanks. I didn’t realize I even had that on my computer. I’ll try that now & see if that will cure things.

I deleted all the Dr Web folders & put it in my Trash Bin, but it seems it’s a program to fix virus’ like Hijackthis & ComboFix. It’s not a virus protection program. So should it interfere with my Avast check?
Also here is some more of my logs as I couldn’t post all of it as this site said it was too long. Plus as I’m rerunning my Avast now, I’m still getting the same DrWeb virus detections. Should I empty my Trash Bin?

It may have been DrWeb CureIT! which is not an installed anti-virus but a virus removal tool. You can delete the folder in either case.

To clean System Restore:

Create a clean restore point then delete all previous infected restore points
