Is it possible to renew my annual registration for Avast Free in advance?
I have about 70 days left on a license. Someone will be taking the PC to college and I would like to renew for another year before they leave.

avast will begin reminding you thirty days in advance.
The work around is to uninstall then re-install and it’s
good for another year.

If someone else is taking your machine to school it would be wise to create a user profile
on the computer and elevate certain software to “administrator” level to prevent them
from making drastic changes to the machine.
