I use avast free version, ı try renew license but only give 90 days , why?

Or you must will uninstall avast! and will install anew.
Check your system date day/month/year and adjust as required.
I check day/month/year , no problem.
I don’t know why that happened as it should be for 1 year. Try a repair of avast.
If that doesn’t resolve it - When you get near the re-registration again (in 90 days), check your system date first. Take a screenshot of the existing avastUI, Maintenance, Registration information before and after you re-registration.

I had this on one machine with an early V7 beta.
A clean reinstall did solve it.

uninstall from safe mode with this http://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility and reboot
install again, and reboot… then register

The avastUI, Maintenance, Registration section only changed to allow re-registration or manual input of the registration key when you start getting the re-registration notifications.
Until then you can’t pre-empt the re-registration, that it why I said you would have to wait until you start getting a notification again.
You can as has been suggested do a clean reinstall, but personally that is more hassle than waiting for the next re-registration notification.
I try uninstall and new clean install, the problem is solve.
