I’m furious that the cancel renewal button on the Avast site just sends you on a tragic roundabout of misleading links and sends you straight back to the beginning again with no chance to actually cancel. This is sharp practice and must be illegal. I’m cancelling the order from Pay Pal and the bank. I will never use Avast again as I deeply resent being trapped here and wasting so much of my time on this perpetually money grabbing, devious organisation. How dare you mistreat your clients.

j’ai un abonnement à Avast Premium Security valable pour 10 utilisateurs qui n’apparaît pas dans mes abonnements, ni dans mes paiements sur mon compte; mieux, le support Avast me dit que je ne peux partager ma licence avec des membres de ma famille parce que je n’ai pas d’abonnements y donnant droit; je suis furieux et j’envisage de pas renouveler mes abonnements à la date anniversaire

I am having the same problem. Somehow, Avast charged me over $100 and I don’t know how & they keep asking me for more money. I am trying to unsubscribe but it’s impossible. I can’t even change my credit card info! I’d rather deal with the Mob! Seriously, I am livid. We need to find out if a class action has been filed against these vultures.

My situation is a little different.. I managed to cancel my subscription and my refund request seemed to go through but after 3 days ‘‘Refund in Progress’’ is not showing in Payments and going round in circles to get an answer - any suggestions?
