Renewal..first forum post

My credit card was corrupted and I had to get a new card thus my auto renewal didnt go through.
I have tried all sorts of methods to PAY Avast not steal from them but the terrible process is pure BS.

First of all the “payment method name” is something that I tried all sorts of things and was repeatedly told “that the nickname had been used previously” like wtf?

Then the captcha…well it advises to enter the 'two words" ok but the “submit” button is superimposed over the first word box.

All I want to do is PAY my dues.

I cannot believe this BS as I have made several thousand purchases over the internet previously.

So far Avast havent replied to my whining!

FAQS does NOT help me in fact having to type in the barely legible captcha letters every time I post is very annoying also.

All I get is to go to the renewal page,this is why I have been forced to join this forum.

Avast either wants my money or doesnt.

Did toy read the “How can I update my debit/credit card details for an auto-renewing subscription?” ?

What is your ticket ID and when did you submitted it ?

The FAQ holds all of the information you require and it doesn’t require you to complete the captcha function.

The captcha function is an anti spambot defence, so it has to be hard.

It is only for your first three posts so you shouldn’t be troubled any further by it.
