My name is Andrea from IT, I bought Avast Premier on my PC a few years ago (I dont remember if 2 or 3).
The problem is that, even if I removed the auto-renew of the subscription, wednesday (20/01/2021, around 10am) I paid for 69.99€ from avast, even if I didnt want to renew it.
Now, I asked through the support link to remove the subscription and to refund me, but for now, no response.
The real problem is that, my Avast its not linked to any email, its just on the PC account (no Avast account exist for this subscription), and now, I dont have any way to remove it beside hoping for a positive answer from the support.
I was wondering, what would happen if I tell to my bank to block any new payment from Avast, and to chargeback this one? Should I do it or just wait for the support team?

how did you open a ticket? I have a similar situation, but my subscription was renews long before it expires… probably when I got the option to install to more the 1 PC (don’t remember how many). I also have a premium subscription and can’t find any way to get support or my Order ID so I can request a refund.
