Renewal process is just dreadful - why are you stealing 11 days from me?

I renewed today.

Now for some reason, I now have two subscriptions one that says it’s not activated, and the other saying I have 11 days left. So basically my renewal date today says I have 360 days left. But if I switch subscriptions I lose 11 days???!

Firstly, why am I only being covered for 360 days and not 365? >:( >:(

Secondly, why are you stealing 11 days from my subscription? >:( >:( >:(

Can someone explain what is going on please?

From your image, it states 360 days remaining.
It was renewed 5 days ago.
How is it stealing 11 days from you?

But in the top part of the same image it shows another subscription/license still active with 11 days remaining.

The expiry of that subscription being 4 April 2020, so any renewal shouldn’t have taken place until April 4 2020, or 365 days should have been added to this date giving April 4 2021 as the expiry and not MARCH 20 2021,

Without knowing if this is the same or a different product, there really isn’t any way to tell.

Both products/subscriptions according to the image would appear to be for the same product type Avast Premium Security.
Although the OP also has Avast Secure Line which also expires on April 4 2021, that subscription is still active and this hasn’t been renewed automatically.

So in any case it needs to be investigated y Avast.
