My Subscription page says that the “Ongoing Protection Service” is Enabled, yet my “Subscription Details” page says that automatic renewal is OFF. I have tried going through the steps for cancelling auto-renewal, but I am not seeing some of the buttons/links that the help page shows. I DO NOT WANT TO RENEW! Screenshot attached of the two pages side by side. Yes, I have submitted a support request. Seeing that the help page is showing “How do I cancel auto-renewal?” as a hot topic, I suspect others are having the same problem.

Me too, I’ve tried for 2yrs now & will be taking it to the Ombudsman or Fair Trade if it’s not resolved shortly >:(
