Renewed subscription but no confirmation?!

Hey there, I hope someone can help me. For the last few years I have had the paid version of Avast security internet. Today I went to renew my subscription, and I paid the $29.99 through the Avast icon on my computer. There was an option to do it through Paypal which I did, and I received my confirmation email from Paypal (not Avast) saying that I had paid.
I went back to my Avast on my computer, and it is still telling me to renew. I have yet to receive an email from Avast with a code to put in, or even with a confirmation from them.

Does anyone have any solutions to this? Better more, does anyone know the number to contact Avast. I’m extremely annoyed with this!
