renewing license?

g’day,

some confusion abounds when avast tells me they can’t find a license i knew we paid for. yes we did have one:

but it has expired, avast sent no reminder? is this how it works?

also i want to change my e/mail address as we will be changing our ISP soon, how can i achieve that task, we can change display name and password, but no joy finding where to change e/mail addy

what is happening please?

Last year I signed up for automatic renewal of subscription.
This year, Avast renewed my sub., took the money from my account and notified me by email that the sub. had been renewed.
Three days later, they cancelled my account …
I raised a ticket immediately and am still awaiting a response.
I now want my money back; but Avast is refusing to recognise my order details (which were provided by Avast!).
What on earth do I do now? I cannot afford to throw money away like this. Obviously I need that money back so I can acquire cover with a different anti-malware provider.
