The instructions said to renew pro it I had to click on download license file on my desktop but I couldn’t do that because it’s not on my desktop and I don’t even know where it saved it in my computer. It never gave me a chance to choose the location for the file. So I went to my account and it says it’s secured so did the renewal work? And how do I make a copy of this license file like is recommended if I don’t know where it’s saved in my computer?
Usually the license goes to the download folder. To check whether or not your “registration/license” is up to date GUI>Maintenance>Registration.
There should be an expiration date. If it’s for a year from now you are good.
I would definitely check your download folder or recent places.
