Of late I have been repeatedly getting the following advice four or five times whenever I access Internet.

your problem is this

you have the Visicom Anti-Phising Advisor toolbar
they use unencrypted signatures from Panda
http://software.visicommedia.com/en/products/antiphishing/
only way to solve this is to uninstall the Visicom Anti phising toolbar…from controlpanel ad/remove programs
or you can do that by running the first program listed in the guide Mikaelrask linked to
run AdwCleaner… click delete… post log here
Pondus is right,the problem is antiphishing domain advisor toolbar and no virus,run Adwcleaner as he said and that should get rid of it.
