Hey, I keep getting alerts saying that Avast as blocked Malware/Trojan from somewhere inside my Installer folder. It says that the threat has been contained, but it seems that whatever file is doing this continues to multiply this, and while it seems to be blocked, it is a tad annyoying to put up with. What should I do?
Hi victorclark010,
Please follow the instructions to run these programs and attach the scan logs produced here: http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0
To begin, attach the logs from Malwarebytes (MBAM), OTL, and aswMBR.exe and a malware expert will assist you in cleansing your system.
Click “Attachments and other options” to attach the resulting logs in your next reply.
Here are the logs as requested. Thank you for your assistance.
I see that you also have Norton… Two is not better than one
