Repeated URL:Mal popups

Hi,

Avast repeatedly pops up blocking various URL:Mal infections in dllhost.exe or iexplore.exe. Malwarebytes found Trojan.Crypt.NKN on a prior scan, but more recent scans show nothing. Scans with Avast and Adwcleaner also show nothing.

I’m attaching logs as suggested. aswMBR seemed to indicate infection of FRST.exe with win32:Evo-gen?

Thanks!

win32:Evo-gen [susp] = suspicious ..... and it is normal with these tools

malware team is usually online after work hours european time

Ah, okay.

In case it’s useful, I’m attaching an example of the sort of popup I’m getting from Avast.

This should stop it

Save this as fixlist.txt, in the same location as FRST.exe

Run FRST and press Fix
On completion a log will be generated please post that

How long should the fix take to run? Mine has been going for more than an hour and still says “Fixing in progress. Please wait…” (Apologies if this is normal!)

Okay, finally got the fix to run (I think it got hung up because I was trying to run it in safe mode). I’m attaching the fixlog. So far no more URL:Mal popups.

FRST is designed to run in normal mode although it does work quite well in other modes
