The problem is that on the site
https://www.virustotal.com/ out of 78 tests that show nothing, there is one CLEAN MX (Malicious) record.
But the CleanMX support address does not answer in any way.

Good your problems you reported with the site have been solved.
Clean MX does not reply because it is only for subscribers now (due to long time abuse and attacks by miscreants).
