24 hours ago I submitted a false positive report here: http://www.avast.com/contact-form.php
No response has been received yet from Avast. Mutual customers continue to report Avast flagging our application as a Trojan which is a definite false positive.
All other anti-virus providers have replied very quickly in the past, most often advise us of a whitelist program to prevent this happening in future.
Has anyone got any advice on this matter?
