Reporting tasks still running for 2 months and unable to stop

Hello,

Looking through the ‘Server-side tasks’ on our ADNM console I can see some report tasks that are still in a ‘’ state that started back in May. I am unable to stop or delete these tasks due to a timeout error (This operation returned because the timeout period expired - Cannot stop “Report Name” session).

Any help would be appreciated!

Can you stop the Avast management server service and start it again? That should stop all running tasks.

Are you sure they are still running though? I’d try refreshing the page to see if they have changed status, sometimes it doesn’t update properly.
