i just realized that service is not working i re downloaded a file that was flagged before for poor reputation but now no alert block

please solve this soon

GUI>Settings>Antivirus…is the box ticked?
Is “deepscreen” ticked?

Knowing the file would help to see if it is clean.

You can check the file using VirusTotal.

all boxes are checked

i checked connections using netstat -b do not see cloud server connection

what would the address be called isnt it called cloud something i saw it before but now don’t see it
