I’m trying to install v5 on my new machine. I have a 3 year license (purchased under 4.x pro). I have tried to “Request a conversion” to a v5 license file via the “Your Subcription” page several times but I just get sent to a blank page and do not receive an email with the new file. Am I missing a step out of the process?

same problem here too, i goto http://www.avast.com/resend-license.php
enter my email address, v4.8pro license and 3 digit code, but when i press resend license i get redirected to this site http://174.36.159.204/resend-license.php which is a blank page as mentioned by shmo
i’ve gone back to 4.8 til this gets sorted
This time round the page opened almost instantly for me, so I don’t know what is happening.
I had no redirection from the original line but the IP address link also works for me.
