I purchased an Avast subscription through the app on my PC, but now it’s automatically renewed. I can’t turn off the renewal because I can’t find my purchase email, and even logging in with the email address I used, my account doesn’t show an active subscription.
I’d like to know how I can turn off automatic renewal and request a refund.
