That folder is where adaware is unpacking files that it wants to scan or its signature files, unfortunately avast intercepts these creations and scans it and if it finds a piece of adware/malware it will alert.

I have always paused avast’s standard shield whilst doing a scan with another security program for this very reason (no conflict) and it also stops duplication of scan by avast of files that adaware opens. This will reduce the overal scan duration.

Note that when adaware has finished its scan that folder is cleared, so outside of the adaware scan there would be nothing for avast to find, unless your avast scan checked archives, etc.
