I am writing to request a refund for my Avast Premium subscription that was automatically renewed on 03.23.25.
I initially signed up for the free trial period with the intention of evaluating your service, but unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the subscription before the trial period ended. As a result, I was charged for the full subscription, which I did not intend to maintain.
I understand that according to your refund policy, customers are entitled to request a refund within 30 days of purchase. As my subscription was only activated 10 days ago, I believe I am still within this refund window.
I would greatly appreciate if you could process this refund request at your earliest convenience or if you could tell me who I am supposed to contact precisely.
