Request for Review: pvamarkets.com Flagged by Avast

Hello,

Clickadu recently reviewed our website for an advertising campaign and informed us that https://pvamarkets.com/ was flagged by Avast.

Their screenshot shows:

  • Avast Extended: Phishing

  • Avast: URL:Phishing / Virus

  • 4 of 109 security vendors detected an issue

We reviewed the website, server files, database, scripts, and logs but did not find any malicious code, phishing page, unwanted redirect, or executable download.

I have attached the screenshot provided by Clickadu.

Could someone from Avast please review the domain and confirm what caused the detection? If this is a false positive, please advise how we can request its removal.

Domain: https://pvamarkets.com/
Source of report: Clickadu advertising network

First, check your website is confirmed clean of malware using:

If confirmed clean by both of those, report a False Positive form to Avast using: Choose Your Sample Submission Type | Avast

Give avast at least 2 working days to process. You will not get a reply from Avast, so you will need to check for no further alert again after that.

Note. I am not an Avast Team member, just another user.

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.

Only 1/93 hits for the site at VirusTotal

I will try and draw some Avast Team input into this matter.

Thanks for your help. I scanned the site, but the Sucuri malware scan failed several times. I’ve contacted Sucuri support and asked them to investigate the issue. I’ll wait for their response and then proceed with the Avast false-positive report.

Thank you, David. I appreciate you taking the time to check this and bring it to the Avast Team’s attention. I’ll wait for their review and any further update.
