I today received a notice that my autorenewal was turned off. I clicked to turn on but then gort a message that the request could not be processed. was this in fact a genuine message from Avast?
I get those all the time, and ignore them until due date arrives. Renewal best done either through the program graphic interface or via you Avast Account.
