Request Location - Wifi

If I request my phone location from the Avast site, while the Wifi is disabled on my phone, the phone enables Wifi and then tries to respond via a wifi network.
This fails off course if my phone is in a location with no access to a wifi network.

Why is Wifi automatically enabled when requesting a location?

Most likely you have set avast to connect through wifi.
