I subscribed the free trial of AVAST CLEAN UP PREMIUM. I was not able to cancel it and so I was charged of euro 64,99 on my paypall on 16/05. I want the refund because I do not use it and it is possible within 30 days but avast answered to my ticket saying that there are problems and I should phone to american customer service, I am in Italy!! please proceed and cancel and refund me. It is unfair what you are doing! If I try to use the service they ask me to pay for it because there is not a subscription in my avast profile!!!
