Requested a refund on purchased Internet Security product - have heard nothign

I need some support. I am new to Avast and only switched due to my coworker’s raving about it, but I’m seriously starting to have second thoughts due to poor customer service. I purchased Premier on 02JAN16 and on 14JAN16, I got the false error on a network scan saying I needed Internet Security. Not being familiar with the Avast product line, I purchased this as well only to find that it was not necessary and that it was a software error on Avast’s part. Since there is a 30 money-back guarantee, I put in a trouble ticket for a refund. Since the 15th, I’ve heard NOTHING from the company about this, despite the trouble ticket and a followup email. What’s worse is there’s apparently no way to call and talk to any living person about this issue.

Now as a result of this Internet Security install, every two days, it will reinstall itself on my computer, kicking out Premier and I have to start the process all over again. I’ve tried everything I can think of and I cannot get Premier to stay on my machine. I also don’t see the Premier license in my profile either, yet the license I was issued still works. All I want is a response about what to do, a refund of my Internet Security license and for my machine to work without kicking out Premier. I’m usually a patient person but I’m seriously considering uninstalling everything Avast, taking the monetary loss, going back to Norton and warning my friends of the horrible customer service this company has.

My first trouble ticket for a refund is [#142892], and I made a follow-up one for the same thing, but included the reboot/reinstall of Internet Security today and it is [#160292].
