Hello, I’m making this post in hopes to speed things along for a refund I have just requested for Avast Cleanup. I was not aware that the auto renewal was still on, and it took money out of my Paypal that I was saving for bills. It’s important that I get the money back as soon as possible, and I did submit a ticket before the 30 days.
I’ve checked other people that have requested refund like this and some have had to wait nearly two weeks. I’m really hoping that won’t be the case for me. Like I mentioned, I was saving that $53 for bills.
