I turned off the auto billing subscription on Jan 2 and received an email confirmation stating so. On Jan 7th, my account was debited $82.97. I have submitted several requests (5 or 6) for a refund since then and have not received a reply or a refund since then. I also tried calling a phone number I found online with no luck. I had originally punched the Security Line VPN multi device for my lap tops a year ago. Hackers crashed my 2 laptops and I no longer have them… No reason to have this product anymore! My order # 34135635362. I’ve been trying to contact and waiting to hear back for 2 1/2 weeks and am losing my patience! I would greatly appreciate a reply and my money back from a customer service rep!
