Requested refund

Avast might not care about free users and BSOD, but I was a paying customer. I’ve used avast from 3.x and would have continued.

I’m sick of the BSOD and crashes messing up my system. I’m not fixing it again, except for removing avast now.

I’ve removed and reinstalled several times in the past few months. This 6.x is just not right. I’ve requested a refund.

I won’t be coming back any time soon.

avast! Free shares the same components as Pro/AIS so if Free users have problems they take that with great care as it will also cause problems to the payable customers if not fixed.
Now accusing avast! of something without providing any further details will not help solve anything. Switching products on every problem doesn’t solve anything either.
With more provided info i’m sure they will try to fix the issue as quickly as possible.
