Requesting a refund for both purchases. #356304

I requested a refund using your ticket system. When I check back on it, it says closed and I have received no emails indicating that I have been issued a refund. I have not activated any of the codes.

When did you submit this support ticket ?

On 6/4. I checked back on it today and it was showing as closed so I re-opened it.

@jheanelmdavidson - there were several tickets from you about the same topic. We merged them together. Sorry for confusion. #356304 was merged into #351949 where you’ve been replied today.
