Before I will proceed to the important part of my post, I want to express my thanks to the wonderful free protection that avast is offering. 
Now to the important part, I just want to know if you are getting the same result when you visit the site which avast alerted me about the virus was found. [Please refer to picture below]

avast! isn’t the only scanner to find an infection at this link, hXXp://idnetworks.net/, DrWeb Link scanner also finds iFrame exploit so this site has possibly been hacked.
Personally I wouldn’t visit a site just to see if I get an alert I would use the likes of DrWeb or linkscanner to first check it out.
