Requesting refund

Is there anyway to request a refund other than calling? I didnt want my subscription to auto renew and I thought I had already turned it off. I remember there used to be a way on the website portal but dont see it now. Is there a way I could email?

That just takes me to the phone number with no email support mentioned.
