reregister

I am trying to re register in order to continue to receive updates. I follow the directions and have used two different email address’s. I have not received a registration key and have been doing this for several days.
Can anybody help or do I need to call in a grand child(would really make me feel stupid).

Sometimes a spam filter/blocker used by your IPS will stop you from recieving the e-mail with your new key.

Maybe they could see what is happening with your particular email address.

Tech, thank you. I have done everything you mentioned but I do not get a return email. I have used my normal email address and my gmail address neither of which seem to work.

Well, I need help from Alwil here.
Can you check if into the spam folder of gmail there is a message of Alwil Software sending you the key?

Tech, while it is possible that it was sent to gmail, there is nothing in the spam folder as I empty that almost daily. I do a very quick skim prior to removal. Most of it is for the tiny blue pill.
Could it be that since my reg. will not expire till 11/01/06 that a key will not be sent till then.

Which option of registration are you using?

I have tried two of the three options. The first try was the one for an expired registration key and then I tried the one for a new user. I really feel that I am doing something wrong but I do not know how to track it down. I am now going to try to send the expiration of key through my gmail account and see what happens. If that does not work I will then try as a new registration.
