Rescue disk creation failure

WIN 10 Home, AVAST Premier:
Rescue disk creation ends after a few seconds with a plain failure message. The same behavior for USB and CD option. What could be the reason for the failure?

Thanks for directing to the right way. However, I have WinPE installed already. The event log is: “Rescue Disc - WinPE2 creator mount failed, EC 00000002”.

I suggest to contact avast and have them take a look.
