Rescuedisk CD can not be created

Hi there,
I have searched before posting this but could not find an answer that would solve my problem.
I am using Avast Premium 19.8.2393 (Build 19.8.4793.541) on two different machines.
I can not create a rescue medium on either.
The dialog will open and it seems like something is happening, the progress goes up to 14% or 29% and then the message is displayed that the Medium could not be created.
The downloaded file rescuedisc.iso has a size of 0 byte.
There is nothing related to this in the accessible log files. and AvastUI.log can not be opened.

I think most helpful to me would be a link to download the iso.

It’s a known issue. I’ve again reported it to Avast.

not sure if i have to create my on thread but i just wished to know …

is it possible for me to create a rescue disk then scan an infected computer that never had Avast without installing avast?

Yes once the rescue disk function is again working.
