I applied last week to become a reseller through the Avast Website Portal. I currently provide Sophos and I have an extensive customer base, some of which are ready
to purchase a new yearly subscription. I have called both the United States support line, and also left a message on the Czechoslovakian HQ support line, none have
responded. In frustration I am posting this here in the hope that an Admin see’s it and understands that I am actually trying to give business to Avast and not their
competitors. It seems that Avast! support need a complete overhall as they are losing business because of it. I can only wait 48hrs before ultimately purchasing
the Sophos product for my clients for another year.
