Hi I have forgotten my pin so requested a reset twice but received no message. my mail add is ok I have just used it to register on the forum. I need it to install the upgrade. Help

you don’t receive it to your email, but to a) recovery phone number if you inserted one OR b) your Anti-Theft friend number if you don’t have a).
