Hi there,
I’m having the exact same issue.
- I have not received the backup passwords email from my previous attempt
- As per advice, I have now uninstalled the Avast password-app and Avast AV from all my devices
- I have re-installed only the Internet Security product on my PC
- I create a new password DB in the Internet Security App
- When I try and sync, it asks me to get authorisation from another device… I have no other devices!
Please could someone from Avast and fully reset my account, so I can start again properly and get this sync’ing working?
