But, yes… I have been through that link and the steps a number of times to remove all other sync’ing devices, and reset the sync. on the primary device. I never received the “restore your backup email”, so that is not an option.

I now only have Password Manager running on my PC, and have re-installed the software a number of times. I appear to start with a clean DB, with no other devices, but when I start the sync, i get a message to authorise the sync from another device.

I can’t see what else to do to get this working.
