i set the resident protection to high and after a reboot the resident protection.is inbetween normal and high.i set it back to high.but the same thing happens.iam not shure if this is a problem or not ? it seems like the protection isn’t set to high ???

The best balance between protection and security is ‘Normal’ not High.
Although, something is strange that is not allowing you to get the High protection level. It shouldn’t be downgraded to Normal… ???

hi. Tech.after install i used some custom setting for email and url blocking.now when i open the on access protection control.on the residen protection screen the protection is showing in the middle of low and high.and under it say’s custom settings are selected press details below to set properties.
after removing all custom settings.the high setting stays on high.

This is how it works… High will be there only with ‘defaults’. If you change something, you’ll set Customize level 8)
