"resolve all" doesn't work !

Hello,
after a “intelligent analysis”, Avast find viruses, but click on " resolve all" doesn’t work.
Thanks for your help.

Resolve all does work, but you must have e.g. paid for Cleanup if you want to use it.

Sure it is virus ? The smart scan result gui may be a bit confusing after scan

Run a normal quick or full scan and see what result you get

Some items may not be able to be resolved automatically, for example if the network security scan found a vulnerability in a network device (such as a router/gateway device). Please post a screenshot so we can assist
