(Resolved)Disable Windows firewall.

Hi,Do I need to disable windows firewall if I installed Avast IS with its firewall?Will them conflict each other if I enable both of it in my PC?

With Windows 7 you can disable the Windows Firewall because a main additional feature in the Windows Firewall, called IPSec ( encryption of LAN and VPN communications ) will remain active even if you disable the Windows Firewall. With all other Windows versions that is not the case and it is better to keep the Windows Firewall enabled. The Windows Firewall doesn’t conflict with AIS :slight_smile:
