Resolved: Found some tolbars and bad software help please

hi how is it going today avast. The person that owns this computer was surfing the internet last night and said this computer seems slow again so this morning i ran an avast free full scan. When the scan was done nothing came up at all. So i updated malwarebytes free and when it was done it found nothing as well. So i downloaded hitman pro just for a second thought it found some bad software like a toolbar that is in internet Explorer 11. hitman pro also found some other stuff to so this is why i would like someone to look over the logs and help me remove any thing from this computer like toolbars or viruses if found on this desktop computer.
i Should also mention that last week the person that owns this computer downloaded a program to update his drivers for windows. The problem was that when he downloaded that free program a whole bunch of other toolbars and free programs were download on to this computer to. So i updated malwarebytes free and ran a scan and sure enough their was search dial and other toolbars so i applied all in malwarebytes and it said everything was fixed but like i said above hitman pro found some stuff like tool bars and search dial on this computer so i would just like to have some check the logs please and advice me how to fix this problem please.
i should also say that i am simply helping the description is my profile that will be below this post is not on this computer.

i am really sorry avast i did not realise that when i pushed on the save button to save my topic that it was actually saving. i ws having trouble trying to save my topic in google chrome for some reason the page was just diseappear i neve thought to look to make sure that my topic was all ready being saved very sorry please help.

ps; did a malwarebytes free scan just now and nothing showed up at all.

HI forgot to mention that when you are starting the above operating system it is slow to boot up at any time.

HI I should mention to that when you are running programs on this desktop computer witch is Windows 7 home premium the program will freeze at times as well. The reason I am saying this is because the person that owns this computer tonight had some programs freeze on his computer espcially when he was using a program that runs in Internet Explorer 11.

Disable Avast online security

Reduce the number of unessential start up programmes

HI the person that owns this computer is not home yet. I just thought I better help to see if anything was on the computer just because their was a lot of toolbars and stuff that Malwarebytes found the other day. The computer is still slow to boot up though why might that be though any ideas

I was just a bit concerned when I did run Hitman pro the other day and it found some search toolbars and other programs that it said were malicious in nature.

HI Essexboy I was going to ask another question when this computer is just sitting the fan will speed up and the drive will start going does this mean that their could be something malicious on this computer still Essexboy the thing is that this does happen a lot can this also be a sign that the hardrive is about to fail soon as well Essexboy? But it is a bit weired because the computers fan will start going higher and louder for about maybe five minutes and then the fan and hard drive will come down for a while and then the fan and will start getting louder and the hard drive will start working as well. Do you have any idea what could be the cause of this Essexboy?

I should also mention that I did do another scan with hitman pro and it says that it is still finding something malicious on the computer.

Check the temperatures on both CPU and motherboard, sounds like a heating problem
