OK First I Thought Avast Made My PC Restart But Then I Played A Game On-line And My PC Restarted Again It Just Restarted And When Windows Started It Said Windows Recovered From A Serious Error
Check your Windows logs for errors (Computer Management - right click your “My Computer” icon on your desktop and choose MANAGE. Then go under EVENT VIEWER and check those logs (see picture in attachemnt).
Most likely some of your hardware devices and/or drivers are causing those problems. Check your video card official web site for latest drivers, do exactly the same thing with your sound card drivers… any other suspicious new hardware you recently installed etc. You have to go by the system of elimination… there is not much that we can do from here, except give you advices just like I gave you in this reply.

Hope you’ll find out what’s causing those problems. Be sure to check those logs carefully… also, it would be great to check your system with HijackThis. Search these forums for link, there is plenty of threads mentioning that useful application.
