Restore: Stuck Loading After 6-digit Code

I’m trying to restore Avast Passwords to laptop (paid subscription), but when I get to the step of “Check your email” for 6-digit code, I properly input the 6 digit code then it’s stuck loading (it’s been quite a long while already). I then clicked “Cancel” to try and do the process again but the process didn’t cancel either; it’s still loading.

Any advice what to do next?

Hi,

Try closing and reopening Avast AntiVirus, and go back to Avast Passwords. The process might be complete.
If not, you can repair Avast Antivirus, restart Windows and try Avast Passwords again.
