Does anyone know how to restore data backed up from old phone onto my new phone

Install the app in the new one, make login (enter your account) and click restore choosing the other device. I suppose… as I never did it myself.

It looks like, in that FAQ, the anti-theft needs to be installed before the Restore option is made available. I could be reading it wrong.
If it is the case, the confusion is that the anti-theft is not auto-installed by Avast Mobile; it is a second step that can be done in Avast Mobile > Tools…
Answer : finally found it…
With the app Avast Mobile Backup (not the same as Avast Mobile),
go to : Browse Backups > click the top gray button Device (a pop-up will show the choice between your old device(s) and your new) > Contacts > Restore All…
The last two are options, meaning you could restore call logs/images/videos instead of Contacts…
