hi. it’s been so long, i forgot what to do. ok, 3 days ago, my HP notebook wouldn’t start. i logged in & nothing. went to safe mode & retored to last week. now, my system is telling me my paid avast internet security & malwarebytes is not working. both are updating normally & scans are AOK so far, knock on wood. i’m almost scared to get on line but i have my business to run. should i uninstall my avast internet security & re-install it ? if so, i lost my key or code for my paid version, so what should i do ? i have the code &/or key for my malwarebytes but i can’t find anything other than where i paid for my avast. can anybody help me ? i do still have the aswclean.exe from the last time i was here & you all helped me out. is there a way to copy in my paper notebook the key or code ? can it be found in my avast internet security now ? if so, do you know where ? thanks so much[suspicious] ???[/suspicious]

hi asyn. i’m sooo sorry i spelt your name wrong. ok, the old removal almost had my computer crash, crum. so i ran a retore again to gain access back as when i used the aseClear i couldn’t sign in. so, after retoring to Oct. 15th, o logged back in. went toadd/remove & deleted avast; restarted. then came back to avast, my forum, to find the new avast download. got it installed, reboot, updates, reboot. and now my security says i’m now secure instead of a bog “:X” telling me i have no antivirus. so, puter is all better now. thanks so much. ;D
