I did upgrade my Samsung S4 Active Cyanogenmod 12 firmware. After that I did install Avast to my phone again. After that, I can’t upgrade to Premium (valid to september 2015). Avast says: Restoring of your subscription failed. Please try again in few minutes.
Remove the device form your account.
Then add it again.
See if that solves it.
That did not work. Avast account does not recognice my Phone for paid account. If I try get Premium on from account page, it will go to paying proceed. Can there be any lock files inside phone, which should remove manually?
I am having the same problem with my S3. I even went so far as to purchase new license thinking my old one must have relapsed. I still get the same error message. The only way to solve it “sort of” is to uninstall then re-install and not “Go Premium”. However, then I don’t have the same features as I need.
I appreciate your support in advance.
Michael
