seem the support for avast doesn’t work on the weekends was wondering if anyone could guide me through what steps i need to take to reactivate my paid subscription of avast on 3 units. i have my rescue disk but it doesn’t come with a code or whatever it is i need to get back to my paid subscription. I’m now running on a free trial period.

when you say reactivate....does that mean you have time left on your license ?....or do you need to buy a new
;D iv already tried to do the resend code thing for my license but im not getting a reply. i guess i could post a copy of my reciept i just got it like a month or so ago…
just seems this could be a lot easier kwim.

ok im not getting any help that is anywhere near solving my problem.
i even pulled up my bill through paypal and called the number listed for avast on that bill in paypal and asked the lady to send me the info i needed to restore my paid subscription. told her what had happened and she said i should get a email from avast with the license info i need to restore my subscription. this is such a pain, iv checked my email and iv rechecked it and the spam and nothing. i made sure she had the correct email address. iv done all i know to do. im about to just say the heck with avast and go to another antivirus.
